SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed, packaged & shipped within 6-10 business days. Delivery confirmation is updated via through Pay Pal, along with USPS tracking number. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation when your package is sent. Tracking number will provide the expected time your package should be delivered. If there are any problems with Shipment please contact us by email at [email protected].
* Vrose Vior will not be responsible for any lost packages shown as “delivered” on the delivery confirmations.
*Packages Returned to Vior from being Unclaimed will receive an invoice in your contact email to make adjustments to shipping fees. Vrose Vior will not be responsible for covering additional shipment fees that are not on our behalf.
Express/Over-Night Shipping is available upon request. Express shipping allows you to have your order placed, designed, and delivered to you with in 2-3 business days from original purchase date. Over night shipping allows you to place your order have it shipped & delivered to you the next following business day from original purchase date
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, each garment is made specifically to order. If for some reason your Vior garment does not fit, or there is a minor a default , we'll be more than happy to exchange your item for the same garment or exchange in replacement of a new garment for the same price. We will cover additional shipping fees for all exchanges.
